The Wokingham Motor Company was established as a Limited Company in March 1953 and retailed Humber, Hillman & Sunbeam Talbot motor cars. Over the years these brands evolved under the banners of Chrysler, Talbot, Peugeot Talbot & finally Peugeot. The Company expanded its operation in 2005 to include a Renault parts and service facility.
The Company was originally situated on the Finchampstead Road site in Wokingham where the Tesco store is now located.
Following disposal of the old site to Tesco in 1996 the Company relocated to its current location in Molly Millar's Lane, Wokingham in February 1997.
The Company prides itself in its commitment to customer satisfaction and endeavours to set its standards well in advance of customer and franchise expectations.
Wokingham Motors Ltd was awarded Used Retail Dealer Of The Year in 2002 and again in 2009. We were also one of just two UK dealers to be awarded the European "Trophee Qualite de Service" in 2009 for offering outstanding levels of customer satisfaction.
